Its a disgrace how Eskom offers the Soweto residence such poor services. My dad, who is a pensioner has called Eskom countless times to come and assist them with the power at home, but they have been promising to come everyday. If it was in a white suburb, the problem would have been fixed already. My father doesn't earn any income, yet he makes sure that he pays Eskom monthly and this is the service he receives. This is why Soweto residents do not want to pay!!! I am very off because my parents are old and being taken for a ride!
