A parcel recently sent to me went to the wrong branch of the SA Post Office. When I visited that branch to pick up the parcel, it had been redirected to another branch. The manager of the branch took my details and told me that he would phone me the next afternoon to inform me exactly of where the parcel was and how to proceed. True to his word, he phoned me the next day and told me exactly where I could go and collect the parcel. Thank you for phoning me back and for good service.
