I can't remember when last I received such service in PE. Liesel who answered the phone is such an asset to this company. She was friendly, dealt with my querrie efficiently, phoned me back and arranged for their plumber to be at our house within 30 minutes. Finally, all this happened while they were moving offices. Brilliant.
