Poor service

I paid the cv department to edit my cv on the 25th of June of which they promise to send first draft within five working days, today is tha 9th of July and I still haven't received anything from them. I called they lady and she told me the payment does not appear on their bank account like really now!!! and she told me the information i sent to her is on a PDF format and they only accept word, what am I paying them for? to copy and paste as if i cant do that myself. mxm very bad service im not even sure if they are a or not
