A friend and I purchased groupon vouchers to visit the spa, i tried calling to make a booking and could not get through, sent numerous emails and no response, finally i got through to a lady who said there is availability on the dates we want to vist, but will transfer us to the lady doing the booking. This lady said there are no bookings until April and this is when our vouchers expire.
