FAIL TO UPDATE INFORMATION WITH ITC

I applied for a service from a service provider. I was flagged on ITC and the service could not be rendered. I was referred to ITC and after contacting ITC I discovered that the flag originated from Edgars. I contacted Edgars and payed my account up to date on 28 May 2013. I then went back to the service provider but the flag was still on my name which prevented the service provider from providing the service. I contacted Edgars and requested that they inform the ITC that my account has been payed up to date. I was given undertaking s that this will be done. I called ITC and it still has not been done to date. Edgars is quick to refer you to ITC but slow to inform ITC that you have paid them and don't owe them anything! This is nonsense! Why does it take 7 days to write a letter? Why is there a 48 hour waiting period? Why does it take 60 days to have my name cleared with ITC when I have payed Edgars?
