This company claims to have developed a completely water resistant product called NuSeal. Mr. Vardy gave me a quote to seal my roof and fountain. I accepted the quote and paid a 50% deposit. 1. The job that would have been completed in one week but took more than 2 months. I had to wait but Vardly got his full R 82, 000.
2) within 5 months the "nuSeal" started peeling off. I phoned Vardy on numerous occasions and eventually they came to "fix" the problem. They did not even use the same colour. It occurred number of times thereafter that they "tried" to fix the problem with no success. Over the last few months I've phoned num. times, send emails, mailed pics and even drop a letter of demand at their premises which by the way is not the same that they have on their website.
I now received an email, "Mr. Vardy is prepared to fix the whole roof but the client must remove the waterproof on the roof." One would think that being a waterproof specialist one would be able to know how to prepare the roof for your own product and not rely on the client. Furthermore I am now told that the info reg. the old waterproofing was incorrect. Thing is I did not give him any info as I recently bought.
