I had wanted green orchids for my wedding! Exotic Plant Company was the only place that would import them. They had been paid in full to do my flower arrangements, bouquets, buttomholes, delivery/collection to the venue in Wolseley, The wednesday before my wedding I had contacted Mike & was told that everything was in order. On the day of delivery, I called the shop & was told that Mike had left. Around 4pm (when Mike should have arrived), I called his cell, he told me that he was on his way but was running late. He only arrived around 6:30pm. On meeting him, he told me that there had been an accident and that my flowers had been crashed!! The alternatives he had brought was FAKE green orchids! My bouquet had broken flowers, the number of arrangements were the wrong amounts, there was 1 less buttonhole. The vases used were dirty & had fingermarks/ pieces of fluff on the inside. When requesting a refund, he told me that the FAKE orchids cost more and charged additional transport fee. We had spend thousands on flowers to get FAKE orchids! He would not show me documentation that the order had been placed, or crashed, or invoice for fake orchids. Very unprofessional!
