Deposit paid, six months later still no service

As a company we have paid a deposit of R21 400 to Powder Coating Services more specifically Brian Mason. The deposit was paid in November 2012 and the work was supposed to be completed by December 2012. Brain has accepted the deposit however no work has been done. Braine is now not answering his phone (despite the phone being active) and is also not returning any messages.
