Gustav gave me a quote to replace one wooden door with sidelights in April 2012. He was paid 50% of the quote on 17 April 2012, after he insisted that the deposit be paid within 48 hours, otherwise a price increase would come into effect. Some of his excuses included that his mother died, and that he has been robbed after withdrawing his people's wages. After numerous calls, he at long last admitted that the door hasn't even been ordered, since he used the deposit to cover other cashflow problems. This was at the end of September 2012. In October I found someone else to replace the door (the price for this work was half of what Gustav quoted). Now it is a struggle to recover my deposit. This guy has no intention of doing the work that he quotes for. Be very careful of him.
