Don't sell something on your online store, deduct money immediately, while knowing that you can't deliver. I'm talking about your Online sale of Comrades digital Certificates at R148.50 each. In my case I ordered this on the 17th of June and to date I have not seen it. This is a principle issue. It is unethical to deduct money while you knew fully well, like I was told this morning, that the final results from Comrades for the purpose of a certificate, will only be available - apparently - once drug testing results and decisions had been finalised. According to you in our discussion this morning, a process that can take 2-3 months! If a 1000 people already paid for a combination of a digital/physical certificate and you have taken the money already under the above circumstances, that is bad practice in my view and I would hate to think you did that deliberately. It's a matter of principle. And then you started arguing with me because no one else had yet according to you found this to be problematic. I can't talk for other people but in my book my expectations had not been met. Please only take money if you can fulfil the order. And be clear on your Online store about the delay!
