I am now in the fourth month still waiting for a service i have fully paid for. i have not received a call from the many promised call backs no empathy no update. i have complaint to company manager still no resolution. who do i escalate to next? NCC. any customer that values their hard earned money and expects excellent customer relations stay away from this company they my experience has been nothing but frustration.
