An email was sent to FutureLife on the 23/05/2013 to notify/querying the packaging of their 1.25kg chocolate cereal product to date no response was received regarding this. I noticed that it seemed that in the 1.25kg boxes what looked like 2 x 500g bags and queried this. Refer to details of my email to FutureLife below.

To whom it may concern
Kindly note that I would like to bring to your attention that I purchased (2 x 1.25kg boxes) of the above mentioned product (from P n Pay Malvern, Queensburgh, Durban). Your product is labelled as 1.25kg however I find that there 2 x 500g bags of your product in the box.
Please can you have this rectified and also how do I have this rectified as I paid for 2 x1.25kg boxes of your product not 2 x 1kg?
