I went for my 1st treatment on 5th March 2011. I have had pathetic to no results. I gave it time, as they say each person is different but surely by now there should have been a reduction if not completely gone by now.
I have expressed my disappointment time and time again. I was told on 30th April 2013 that the owner would call me on 2nd May 2013 to see what they could do as I am not happy and would like my money back [spent over R10, 000 at their facilities across two areas with poor results for both].
I called them on the 18th May to say I haven't heard from them and I was assured that the owner would call me soon. Now it is the 1st July and still no word.
Their service is pathetic. I want my money back!
