I am outraged by the lack of service and commitment from Kempster Auto Edwin Swales. I purchased a vehicle in December and till now have not received the vehicle licence documents. I have been stopped by the police who wanted to impound the vehicle. I am most dissatisfied by the service recieved and will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stay away from Kempster Edwin Swales. The sales people promise you the world but deliver on nothing.
Even the management at the branch dont even greet their customers so that alone speaks volumes about the rest of the staff and their commitment..
