After Meeting Nathan Lockitch (Cell : 082 548 4698) of Chaircraft at our place of business to discuss a large Office Chair Order, his service was excellent.
He could not bring us a sample fast enough, he e-mailed to confirm all details, etc.
Once we gave him a delivery date, he mailed back to say that he can deliver a week earlier and had the order ready.
Once he was paid - we never heard from him again! His company address seems fake, the landline number on the invoice doesn't exist and his cellphone just goes over to voicemail.
We are definitely going to make a case at the police station today, so in the meantime - hope no-one else falls in the same trap!
