I ordered a parcel from America some time ago and received a postcard from JIMC indicating that I need to send them proof of payment/ invoice for the parcel. They gave me a few numbers to call (011) 961 6000/ 06 etc but NO ONE ever answers the phone to give me a fax number to send the proof to! I have been trying to call for over a month with no avail!
The parcel number is 2 280 568 439 ZA.
I don't know what to do anymore! Please help! I desperately need the fax number so that it can be released to my local post office!
