To whom it may concer:
Our powerlines went off on saturday (It's a a tuesday today). It happens all the time especially in winter, we call the call center to report the incidents and get a reference number. We get an sms to say the electricity is back when it really isn't.
This is not fair because some of our neighbours have kids and living conditions for these families are very difficult in this cold weather. I call to Hello Peter to help us solve this crisis as it affects the most basics of human needs. I have personal experiance of the service they deliver for the metered electricity agents in urban areas and it is nothing compared to the service we get for our metered boxes in the townships.
I write this on behalf of a community which I'm sure shares my sentiments and frustrations with this particular issue. I thank you.
