Apparently the Post Office employs people who obviously can't read!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered to Erasmuskloof post office and some at Tshwane Hub... who's obviously been employed without an interview to test his/her reading writing skills, decided that my parcel should rather be sent to Brooklyn. The bright sparks at Brooklyn wouldn't then phone me as customer and ask if I would be willing to collect at their branch. They would rather send my parcel back to Tshwane Hub to be re-delivered!

I am amazed how a parcel that's supposed to be delivered by Monday at Erasmuskloof takes a whole 24hours to travel from Brooklyn to Erasmuskloof AFTER the Post Office made a mistake! And then there's no apology... no way!

Why do we ever still use a corrupt and disfunctional system that doesn't keep to it's delivery dates???

Try and teach your employees to read... it would help!
