Unacceptable Customer Treatment

I came in today around 10:30 am as I was wanting to purchase paint for my home. I managed to select some colours off of the colour tabs. On both of these charts I selected two colours and requested that they be mixed together. The next thing I am seeing 4 by 5 Litre paint tins on the counter but each one had each of the colours from the tabs. I said but I asked for them to mixed, I was then advised by the gentleman who was mixing the paint that they can't do that I actually need to choose one colour only and I am a first time home painter, I even bought a diagram of wall measurements to work out how much I will need. Kleinbooi was called who then came up to me and said to me that he has been patient with me and taken the time to assist me and there's nothing they can do about the paint since it is already mixed! I said I am aware of that but I did say, as to which my grandmother is a witness to, that I would like them mixed to make a colour. I was forced to buy all these products! if I was advised correctly and aware that you cannot mix two colours together from a tab I would have chosen one colour. Highly upset that I was forced to pay for two cans that I do not need!
