Camel Active - no menthol ball to pop!!!

I am utterly disgusted with the Camel Active product! I've recently purchased a carton of Camel Active cigarettes and have once again found that there's no menthol bubble to pop in a few of the cigarettes of each packet. The menthol ball is the reason that I purchase these cigarettes for. As I do not smoke non-menthol cigarettes I see no point in purchasing Camel Active products if this persists.
