Hi, when I bought a pair of Fit Flops on groupon a few months ago, it was not delivered on time and groupon was impossible to get hold of. I contacted Fit Flop and they responded immediately, tracking my order and putting my mind at rest. My husband and I recently each bought a pair of sandals. We both felt that they had stretched, I contacted Fit Flop who resonded immediately. They sorted me out, but unfortunately they said they did not believe my husbands pair had stretched. I still believe their service is tops!
