RAGE, is an uderstatement as to what i felt on Sunday. I have never encountered such bull in my life on Sunday.
I went to Cinnabon on Sunday, I have always used my Cheque Card to pay for goods there and there has never been a problem. However, on Sunday when i went to pay i was told that they do not accept card for anything below R25.00, my product had come to R24.95. Let me begin by saying that i have written the Consumer Protection Act Exam and this is a blatant breach.
Tell me Cinnabon, is the reason why you do not want to take card for any amounts below R25 because you do not want to pay the fee to the bank for when clients use their card, thats utter bull.
I then asked for the manager and was advised that the manager was at The Reebok Shop in "training"..YOU are the MANAGER of CINNABON, what the are you training for in REEBOK!!!
I waited ages and the manger never came, i asked for a contact number of the manager and was conveniently advised that the manager does not have one..left me wondering what Cinnabon defines what a manager is.
Cinnabon, you better sort this out soon before the CPA steps in. Maybe forward it to your "manager", if you have one.
