My wife an I got married on 10/11/12, we picked up our package on the 24/12/12, upon picking up the package w Had taken of te photos a 1mx1m for framing which in-fact is not 1m, when w had taken the photo for framing we had noticed a piece of the photo was damaged immediately while in the shop I had given ramesh a call telling him what we saw. On the very same day of picking up the photo and same day we returned The photo to ramesh who had agreed ed that the printers where at fault, there was also pictures which we ad noticed and blur again brought to his att on the very same day, he had stated tht the photoshop process caused that. We wited for thebprinters o openk as to what is going on, we emailed and got a reply stating that the reprints are with the printersad the 1mx1m is being investigion. It is now 3/03/13. We was tod that the 1m1m will be dropped off but yet again nothing, prioir to this universal had said that they have a report from the printers but we are yet to see that report, we asked for our damaged photo back because they want us to split the cost of the reprint of the 1mx1m. We are extremely disaticfied with the manner in which we are being treated and run around
