Last October I decided to order Justine Tissue Oil Lip Therapy. I went onto the website to find a consultant and after leaving a message, was called by a call centre person for Justine. She gave me the number for a consultant. I phoned and asked about the lip therapy. She told me that it was out of stock and that she would give me a call when she got more in. The call never came. I recently tried to find a consultant again, and left a message on the website. Again a call centre person phoned me and said that she had received my message that I want to become a consultant. I told her that was incorrect and that all I wanted was to place an order. She seemed quite surprised at this (not sure why??). She asked me if I wanted the name of a consultant and proceeded to rattle off names of regions very far from me. I got the name of a consultant but am really wondering if all this is worth it. I mean, what's the point of so much running around before I've even placed an order? I will rather just buy a product from the shops. Really disappointing service.
