UNAUTHORIZED BILLING

To whom it may concern, on (8 June 2013) I saw an added R17.55 to my (CellC) account balance. I never took interest in it and thought nothing of it. I know my CellC contract only allows me to be charged once my allotted airtime had been used up for the month. I just thought maybe someone at CellC had made a mistake and it will be rectified. To my surprise this morning (9 June 2013) when I checked my balance again it was R35.10! I thought there must be a mistake with this and I went directly to the Cell C shop to sort this out. I found out that on my account I have been deducted R 17.55 by Smart 0404 per day. The Cell C lady told me that it is a subscription service that I had subscribed to. I went home and I found all of these complaints at Hellopeter.com and on [URL Removed] (article" Cell C took clients money without permission"). I want to know how can I be a subscriber to a service I do not even know about and who gave you or Cell C the rights to deduct me for anything I did not give my consent to deduct. I am not going to vent anger as all the other people have already. I ask you please to stop deducting money of my account and to refund me in full. I have emailed you directly as well.
