Unlawful eviction

I am Tenant in katlehong for more than a year without a contract or briefing before moving in. Last sunday I had a birthday party where I stay which took less than five hours because of the complain from another tenant who complained directly to the land lord so now the landlord is evicting me without any notice! Can somebody help me
