Bellbouy sends out monthly bills to be paid - every month has been paid according to statement...
Bellbouy send out this month may 2013 account and an amount was added on (R563-65 jul 2012 - mar 2013)..
spoke to bennie and he said bellbouy did not adjust their increase on our bills for that time period? I emailed bennie and he keeps throwing law into my face - not even apology for his mistake...
1. no apology for their mistake
2. no letters were send out to let owners know of increase
3. now they want to make us pay for this amount due to their irresponsible mistake
for me its all about the principal of work not done properly...
if one checks municipalities always make a note on accounts in advance of changes taking place on owners accounts... this case bellbouy never notified owners and now demanding the difference...
then the manager said I must pay R100 for garden service and now they bill me R200 for the garden service, I also told them to add R100 onto our account CY048 and they go and add it onto rental account CY063, I have informed bennie to cancel the garden service with immediate effect...
