You have NO IDEA how i am battling to get my reimbursement back from this company. They are looking for excuses left right and centre not to collect their 3rd hand laptop and reimburse the over R7000.00 i have paid on this laptop.
Now they are trying to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the laptop??? WHY would I send it back TWICE and send NUMEROUS emails to them about this???
I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. I will rather purchase a laptop from a company that PROVIDES SERVICE and that will not sell 3rd hand junk to people.
NEVER have i seen such incompetence and the fact that they are now trying to place the blame on me. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. I dont want ANY PHONE CALLS FROM THEM EITHER, BUT AN EMAIL CONFIRMING WHEN I WILL BE REIMBURSED.
