Disgusting Service, two faced liars!

Tracking a package from Hong Kong it finally gets a local tracking number 15/05/13. Was not planning it, but after about 20 calls to I verify that my package was at JIMC and asked if I could come through on Saturday to pick it up and save some time, answer YES. Was hoping I could use item in competition next day. After a 130km trek to JIMC I arrive 11:05 give the lady behind counter my RI number to which I was greeted with a laugh and some banter in Afrikaans to her work colleague next door to the tune of "I'm not really in the mood to look for this package it's almost home time" 45 minutes later I get told cage is closed and I must come back Monday. I refused to leave and asked to speak to manager a Mr Bradley Green. He apologized and PROMISED that they would find my package the next day 07:00 and have it shipped to my door no later than 09:00 Sunday morning. Absolutely nothing has happened not even a phone call nor has the status changed online as to its movement. I have contacted a Mr Zincent Nobe who is in charge of that division as I'm really not satisfied the generic copy/paste replies furnished here will stop the disgusting disrespectful behavior of staff at JIMC!!!
