This incident is a old one which happened in 2010. I did let it go and did not want it to be an issue as it denied me employment at the time, however currently, I am disappointed to see that she still runs your Human Resources. However I feel that I would have to bring this issue back to light.
This was all the way back in the year of 2010, where I sent my CV to Nielsen as I always wanted to join the company. Ronelle at the time got back to me and responded to my email and attached a job description that she wanted to interview me for.
I honoured the appointment which ended up transpiring an hour after the set appointment because Ronelle had forgotten to book the appointment in her diary. Anyway she did a rushed interview and also asked me to do a test the next day.
After all this, Ronelle never got back to me and ignored all my emails I sent her where I asked her for feedback. I still have the emails if anyone wants to look into what happened.
I saw several posts for Nielsen thereafter and will not bother to apply due to her unprofessional conduct. I hope Nielsen does some serious restructuring in that HR department.
