Bad treatment by a member of management - Brenda

We arrived back in SA on Tuesday morning and went to big 5 duty free, where I sprayed some perfume I wanted my partner to smell and got yelled at by Brenda saying - "it is not for you to spray it is to buy".

My intention was to buy the perfume, and as it is a TESTER I can't see why she made such a big fuss about me spraying it on my skin, there is a big difference between a skin tone and the smell on a piece of paper.
When I tried to explain my side of the story she started raising her voice at me, telling me I don't know what I'm talking about.

I then said I will approach someone higher than her, I was challenged and told "you can go to whoever you want, I am telling you I am the manager here". When I said to Brenda that my intention was to buy something, I just wanted my partner to smell the perfume, I got told I am lying and that I just wanted to spray it all over me and leave.

Lastly, as she walked off she said something to me in a language I do not speak, nor understand, which, again, is not suitable for a person in a so-called front line / management position.

This email was also sent to Marika from big 5 and i got no response from them.
