What efficient service

I called Industro-clean yesterday to arrange to have one of our Wetrok vacuum cleaners repaired. I was treated to such a pleasant and efficient call centre. The person I spoke to took down all my details, apologised because they could not come out on the same day (these days one is usually excited if a company will send someone out in the same month!).

The technician arrived the very next day, fully prepared to repair the problem that I had described. He had all the necessary parts and repaired the machine on site. What a pleasure - I wish the fridge I reported broken nearly 2 weeks ago to another company was being sorted out with anywhere near the same level of efficiency.
