Membership expired but they are still debitting

I regret the day I joined amazing vouchers because now I am spending on my phone bill just to get my money back. I've sent through numerous emails since the 2nd of April and as if I knew this would happen, their mailbox is full. My membership with amazing vouchers expired in February. That is the 12 months payments completed as per agreement made. Last month a debit order of R295-00 went off my account and I have been told I have to pay a 13th payment in order to have my membership cancelled. What rubbish is that? I am supposed to redeem my vacation soon but at the rate that things are going here, it seems to be another bogus. I've had to visit my bank to stop any further debit orders going off because I don't even get a ref number for my calls. I spoke to Nomsa last week who freaked me out with the "you have to pay to cancel, ma'am."Why was I not told of this prior to me accepting to join this deal? I want my money back that was taken, R295-00.I also want a letter of apology for the poorest of service received. I still haven't heard from Amazing Vouchers after faxing letters. My next step is the lawyers if I don't get help via Hellopeter. I have never beein this disappointed in my life.
