MY CAR WAS HAIL DAMAGED IN OCTOBER 2012... THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR AND YET I WAITED FOR 1 MONTH TO GET MY CAR.ON ARRIVAL MY VEHICLE WAS NOT CORRECTLY FIXED. THEY SAID I SHOULD RETURN IT IN JANUARY 2013. BUT THEY DELAYED UNTIL 26 MARCH 2013, EVEN TODAY (14 MAY 2013) THEY STILL CANT TELL ME WHEN SHOULD I COME AND GET MY CAR.
I BELIEVE THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION AND BAD SERVICE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE WHAT THEY DO IS PROMISE TO CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER DO. I WANT MY CAR BY FRIDAY; IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT GUYS JUST TELL ME AND MY INSURANCE WE WILL GET ANOTHER PENAL BEATER TO FIX IT. HAYNES PROMISED TO CALL ME ON SATURDAY AFTER I VISITED THEIR WORKSHOP ON FRIDAY, BUT AS HE NEVER CALLS HE DIDN'T UNTIL MONDAY WHEN I CALLED HIM BUT HE IS NOT PICKING UP MY CALLS.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR TO THIS SOUTH RAND MOTOR LAB... YOU WILL REGRET AND BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!
