In a nut shell;

7. didn't deliver all equipment by now paid for
8. has a mark-up of 150% on material and equipment
rudest and most narcissistic person dealt with to date
9. Throws phone down in my ears whilst shouting at me twice
10. then insists op applying a water sealer that the industry and I condemn
11. wants to do this when the concrete shell is still wet
12. Paid in full for construction and all material/ equipment including water sealant and filter sand etc. which he refuses to pay back
