The firm cancelled a maintenance plan on a household filter system siting economical reasons. They stated that no further debit orders would be drawn against my account as of 1 August 2012. Unfortunately I did not check my account until December but found that they had continued present the debit order. I checked with the Bank, they confirmed that Water for Africa had not cancelled the debit order. I spoke to Bank Manager and he cancelled the order. I phoned Water for Africa and asked them to make arangements to return the money owed to me. When nothing happened I emailed them but no reply I tried phoning again but the phone was put down as soon as i identified myself.
