I purchased 3x Groupon vouchers for 3 couples. There were no openings for 5 months when I tried to get a booking. So I took the first available and waited patiently for 5 months, all to receive a call today to say 'unfortunately the spa Is under new ownership and the new owners refuse to honour the vouchers"... REALLY!!!
Well don't expect me or any of my friends to ever support your spa EVER.
The fact that it was almost impossible to get a booking for 5 months... no spa is THAT busy... I should have heard the warning bells. You just wanted free advertising from Groupon and not only that Groupon should not have accepted as there were complaints from previous advertising. Disgusting to say the least.
