Our home was treated for Ants and the Service Provider guaranteed us that our problem would be a thing of the past. The treatment was guaranteed for six weeks but we ended up logging a complaint after the treatment within the guarantee period. A meeting was scheduled with Jenny and we agreed that they would come see us on May 01st. On April 30th it appeared that the Ants were subsiding and we thought that the treatment had now taken its full effect so, we called Jenny and cancelled the meeting.
Unfortunately, on May 04th the Ants were back - with a vengence... We called Jenny on May 06th to re-schedule only to be told - sorry, your guarentee period has now expired - come-on. This is not service, this is daylight...
How about rendering a service that matchess the sum paid and being fair?
