Shell shocked!!!

This particular pawn shop lost my Galaxy Tablet, to another customer who shop lifted it, because of their negligence. it was recovered a week later. All my data was gone, everything it was reset to factory settings. Jenny who was nice to me by then apologised offered compensation of R2000. R500 was paid upfront. Jenny informed me that the shop lifter was given untill monthend of March to pay them, then the pawn shop will pay me, if not the pawn shop will have to pay me.

Today is the 16th i went to the pawnshop, i must say the attitude and reception i got was shocking. Jenny would not come to speak with me in person, the agreement on the remaining amount was now twisted. The pawn shop would not honour their agreement to pay. I felt undermined, the respect i had for jenny is gone. to me her and her shop are just like the rest of the uncropolus businesses that are operating today.

They took my politeness and patience for weakness. my tablet doesnt operate the same today, wasnt able to recover data on my sd card, its all lost, including pictures and now am being treated like a bad person for insisting they pay.
