thabo: are you not supposed to phone me when you arrived at the entrance?
Jenny C.: No, we don't offer a call as part of our service
thabo: so what do we pay for?
Jenny C.: you pay for the shipping charges and to receive a package, not for a call at the delivery attempt. We don't offer that service
thabo: you know what im not mad. i cant wait for someone i dont even know what time they will be coming in. ok?
