After lodging my complaint, I received a call from Trade Ocean's branch manager in Johannesburg. He apologised for my experience and cited a work overload as the reason for the non-communication and that it should not have happened and that I should have had costings in a few days if they're not too overloaded. I was also put onto another person who immediately phoned me, also apologised and he eventually gave me a quoatation. He phoned a few times from the Cape Town office and this was much appreciated. I am happy with Trade Ocean and will continue using them. I consider this matter now resolved.
