Seriously - an sms demand for monies owing prior to 2000? I call JM Attorneys and speak to Simone who claims they have been trying to reach me since 2003 (really?). I cancelled my contract in writing with H&R prior to them even closing - how is it I supposedly owe money and HOW CAN YOU DEMAND THIS AFTER 12 years?? I dont owe a cent to H&R. You know well your supposed claim is considered prescribed and you have already been warned about your threatening demands by the Law Council (my sms said you will put a trace on me with the Credit bureau). I googled JM Attorneys and was faced with Carte Blanche interviews, IOL reports and hundreds and hundreds of complaints from people in the same position as me. From a business perspective, is the concept of integrity and a good image of no importance to you - the name of your business and your shady debt collection schemes has been painted all over the internet?
I was told by Simone that she would send your 'threat' to me via email - I look forward this because I am just waiting to sue you!!
