MDA Attorneys have been harassing me continuously for a debt I am not aware of. They claim I opened a Mildays Account in 1999 and my last payment was in 2001. I don't have any knowledge of such account. The new tactic now when they call is that I purchased goods from Mildays in 2011. I DEMAND proof of this because I don't have a Miladys Account!!!.. I want proof of everything!!! I WANT THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT THAT MILDAYS PROVIDED YOU WITH, I WANT THE STATEMENT RECEIVED FOR THE SO CALLED GOODS YOU CLAIM I PURCHASED, I WANT STATEMENTS OF ALL THE SO CALLED GOODS THAT YOU CLAIM I PURCHASED FROM MILADYS AND I WANT A STATEMENT OF THE LAST PAYMENT IN THE PAST THREE YEARS OR EVEN BETTER FROM 1999! They are even threatening to put me on ITC. I am patiently waiting for this, and I am registered with Transunion, so I will receive notification and I will report you to the Debt Collectors Council IMMEDIATELY! I AM WAITING!!! And don't call me to tell me to request the above in writing again!!! You can copy and paste this for your investigation.!!! IN ANY EVENT YOUR ACTIONS ARE ILLEGAL. STOP RIPPING THE ORDINARY CONSUMERS OFF ON PRESCRIBED DEBT!!!
