I had a shock of my life when i was told that i had to submit a Notice of Intention to defend my self to the Magistrate court. I submitted a summons on the 12 April and today (18 April) I am being told i am going to have to go to the lawyers that are suing me and to the Magistrate before 10 days is over. its not part of their service i was told by Natalie i have to pay extra they are an insurance co. and are office bound and the amount is not covered by them. This wasn't in the policy document which makes me wonder what else is not mentioned. i have lost confidence in these people and feel they are taking advantage of us. They come accross as though they are lawyers while they are just mediators. Now i am wondering what would happen when i need to go to court. I am really angry and feel like i have been deceived. These people are MEDIATORS and their "insurance" doesnt cover much.
