I was advised to come to the court on the 21 January 2013 by the clerk of the court who was not professional when talking to me and the prosecutor who handled the matter was on my ex's side all the time and I was told that we will go to the court but there was no such and also the date on the form which was at the clerk's office was dated the 29 January 2013 as the date of the court but because this was discussed amongst the 3 of them it was done a week before the said date and also I was told that they have sent me a letter adviseing me about the court date which I didn't receive and the clerk told me that it is not his problem and this is really a pain to me because my kids are the valuable people in my life and have been taking care of them so well since I left their mother and I really need advise on how I can get a Full custody of the kids because I don't want them to grow in that circumstances. Please help so that the people who are incompetent be expelled. The person who took me to court came 2 hours after the said time which was 09H00am.
