Pathetic Service / Terrible Attitudes

I had an account with them in Jan. It was some old doctors account I was not aware of, they never went through any trouble to try and notify me of this account. I called them after finding out there was a default on my name, they treated me like I was the of the earth. I stayed polite and paid the amount in full. I called again and asked them to now remove the default and send me a letter of settlement which I had to wait a week for and after being insulted by their main attorneys. Its 4 months later and the default is still on my name, NEVER do business with these people avoid them like the pathetic practice they are
