Apparently my medical aid did not pay for a claim I submitted. I was contacted by the attorneys in December over my Christmas break asking me to make payment. I asked them to please get back to me in January as I was on the road and will not be able to do anything until then.
I received a call from a very rude and obnoxious Mrs Bredenkamp stipulating that I have to pay over R600 on my R350 bill, I explained that I never received a bill, only the one phone call in December, (as we have moved) she then said that this is my problem, not hers, and just by talking to her - they have added another R150 to my bill. i refused to take her call. She then started harassing my husband, and also indicated that she is adding money to our outstanding account because she is talking to him? Is this right
I ended up paying R864 on a R350 bill just to get rid of these disgusting creatures. I feel my basic human rights have been invaded and this entire situation was just so unfair and uncalled for.
Not only will I not be using the Dr's which used the services of this attorney, but I will be utilising every opportunity to badmouth these cretons
