To whom it may concern:
Last week i requested a statement from Kelebogile Sehoke on 05/03/2013, she promised that statement will be send to me the following day. Promise never kept, i called her again today 22/03/2013 at 11:03am and she promised it will be emailed to me today.
I am still waiting, i have the right to a statement because i need to know how much i have paid since 2009 to date and what is my outstanding balance.
