Mzi Collections
Irrational expectations

I placed my furniture in storage on 8 July 2011. When my TV license became due I reported the matter to the Licencing department where-after they send me an affidavit to complete.
I did so when I arrived back in SA. Shortly after that they started threatening me with legal action if I don't pay up. I have up to now faxed the affidavit which includes the details of the storage company three times to different numbers as well as mailed it at three different occasions to the legal company.
I phoned them to notify them about my problem.
On the affidavit (which I consider a legal binding binding document, which could land me in jail if falsified) is the physical address as well as the unit number of the unit where my stuff is stored.
Now they expect me to go to the storage company and deliver proof that my TV are indeed inside the unit.
I refused warning them they are wasting money by pursuing this.
This weekend I received two mails from them threatening me with legal action.
I am fedup of this, and I assure you I paid my TV license religiously for over 25 years, never even attempting to pay it with the previous years receipt although they keep on repeating the same programmes.
